What Happens in the Blueprint

Your Arno Profile System scores across all three temperament dimensions are applied specifically to your financial history: your earning patterns, spending patterns, giving patterns, financial decision-making style, and the relational dynamics that show up when money is involved. The result is a comprehensive written report personalized to your exact temperament combination, revealed and reviewed together in a 60-minute session.

The Arno Profile System was developed by Dr. Richard Arno and Dr. Phyllis Arno through the National Christian Counselors Association and is the only temperament instrument that identifies all five inborn temperament types.

PATHWAY 2 

APS Review and Foundation Session

Anyone without an existing APS profile who wants to understand their temperament wiring. If you decide to continue to the full ByDesign Money Blueprint (Pathway 4, $297), your $127 is credited toward it, so you pay $170 more.

Includes

James administers the APS assessment and prepares a written foundation report documenting your temperament profile across all three dimensions. One 60-minute session, conducted by video or phone, where your profile is revealed, explained, and reviewed together. Your written report is emailed to you following that session.

One 60-minute foundation session by video or phone. Written report delivered by email after the session. A clinical reference and growth benchmark you keep.

PATHWAY 3 

ByDesign Money Blueprint and Findings Review

For:

Referral clients with an existing APS profile from their counselor. Your APS assessment and foundation review are already complete.

Includes

James receives your APS scores via signed release form and prepares your comprehensive written ByDesign Money Blueprint report. One 60-minute session, conducted by video or phone, where your Blueprint findings are revealed and reviewed together. Your written report is emailed to you following that session.

You receive

A comprehensive written ByDesign Money Blueprint report personalized to your exact temperament combination. One findings session by video or phone. Written report delivered by email after the session. APS profile records are coordinated directly between your referring counselor and james@temperament.design prior to your session.

The Complete Engagement

For:

Anyone starting from scratch. James handles everything end to end. If you have already completed Pathway 2, your $127 is credited toward this pathway, so you pay $170.

Includes

James administers the APS assessment. One 60-minute foundation review session, conducted by video or phone, where your profile is revealed and explained across all three dimensions. A comprehensive written ByDesign Money Blueprint report prepared from your scores. One 60-minute findings session, conducted by video or phone, where your Blueprint is revealed and reviewed together. Your written report is emailed to you following that session.

One follow-up session is included within six months, so we can see how the Blueprint has changed the way you handle money in practice. Contact james@temperament.design when you are ready to schedule it.
